Who are you?
Read who/what Pascale is...
Pascale is...
a student, a daughter, an older sister, a little monster, crazy for the UK, a pickle person, a night owl, a friend, hardcore, a joker, a little weird,
very friendly, a fangirl, grumpy in the morning, a hopeful photographer, a dancer, good with children, bad with left-traffic, clumsy, a party girl,
a teachers' assistant, an organiser, a hopeful singer, a RockStar drinker, a heel-person, into Disney, a blogger, a hopeful writer, a chick lit reader,
curious, into fashion, always on twitter, an inventor, against drugs, interested in proper shoes on men, working in a restaurant, impulsive, excited for the future!
Pascale likes...
accidently taking 5 m&ms out of a packet of the same colour, sunshine blinding me while I'm driving, driving my car alone so I can sing along to my favourite songs without bothering anybody,
when the music in restaurants is exactly loud enough to still hear it and still be able to speak to each other,
the sound of the tumbledryer, McFly, getting mail, shopping online, karate battles with people that don't know squat about karate,
making pokemons out of tinfoil and have battles, a heavy wallet, doing random cartwheels, living after your horoscope,
happymeals, sudoku, twister fries, giving advice even though I never really take any advice from others, murder documentaries,
taking silly quizes from magazines, Simon Mitchell's amazing art, telling ghost stories even though I'm the biggest wuss around, my glasses,
schoolparties with old teachers, researching random facts, sleeping in, exploring, Adam from The Struts.
My fellow students

crazy scary dream!
Thursday, 1 July 2010 19:37
Had very intense, crazy dream. Was lost in London, all maps of London I owned were in crazy language I didn't understand. I asked around, but somehow no one spoke the language I spoke and I was pretty certain I spoke English. Was in London, know for sure, but recognised nothing... huge panic attack, woke up with a shock!
Crazy dream aside, teacher e-mailed back. Seriously, so vague!
Hi Pascale,
All students start on different dates with their placement abroad, somewhere between early January and early February 2011, depending on the semester-/trimester schedules on their universities.
If it's up to you it's best to go as late as possible in January so you leave more time for rounding of your previous work placement (including writing your end report and your learning tasks etc.) If you don't do this you might end up writing all this while you're abroad and from experience we know that most students don't like this.
Best regards and good luck,
Jan Linders
Great going Jan - you know how to confuse a person. Think I will go to London in last week of January and then start working the 31st. Good idea? Me thinks yes.
Also, did little math (get me!) and is only 31 sleeps until I'll be jetting off to Heathrow. Excited much? Me thinks yes yes yes!!
be proud

Today I went to cityhall - second time. Lady was very nice; listened to my story, walked away, stayed away for aprox 10 minutes and came back, telling me it was taken care of. I will receive police check in the mail sometime this week and will then send the police check together with letter from Jan on official school paper to school in London.
New excitement! Only so long until London holiday with my girls! Eek!
Need to find out when exactly in January we are aloud to leave. Need to look into housing options more. Need a room/studio for 4,5 months WITH furniture ready. Don't have time to shop for bed when I arrive in picture perfect London town. Will e-mail teacher now.
